3.4.6 Listings may be posted on other websites within the HomeAway Group and on the websites of companies with which HomeAway has been able to sign distribution agreements, as long as these websites allow for online payment. HomeAway does not, however, guarantee a publication that is different from the website where the partner originally registered its list and as part of HomeAway`s right to publish or not to publish an offer. 3.3.2. Online bookings and online payments are required for all offers. The partner is committed to managing communications, requests and all bookings through HomeAway`s platform and tools. Vrbo represents Vacation Rentals by Owner. Created in 1995, it was one of the first companies to help homeowners promote their rentals on an easy-to-use platform. Moving forward quickly 24 years, it now has more than 2 million offers in 190 countries. 11.1 The partner provides accurate and truthful information about personal identity, billing address, payment data, tax registration status and applicable account numbers, announcements and other communications through HomeAway Group systems. In addition, the partner takes responsibility for ensuring that the above information is kept properly and up-to-date for the duration of the list remaining on the site.

11.2 The partner guarantees and represents on a permanent distance as long as a property is registered on the site (i) it has and/or has all the rights and powers necessary to offer the rental and to support the reservations for the property mentioned by the partner (ii), it will not unduly retain a rental deposit that is contrary to the underlying rental contract with the traveller (iii) that all the information transmitted to HomewayA is accurate and accurate. but not limited to all representations of a property, its amenities, location, price and availability for a given date or period of data (iv) each list must relate to an individual and clearly identified property that is not a shared space (v) it will not unduly deny access to a property (vi) it will provide all refunds if it is due in accordance with the underlying cancellation or rental conditions to the extent to which it relates to the residence taxes previously imposed by HomeAway. 11.3 The partner is committed to ensuring that the information on the list is kept properly and up-to-date for the duration of the list being kept on the site, and (i) when a translation is provided to ensure that it is translated with care and accuracy, and (ii) comply with list policies when the list is made. The partner must not provide misleading information about the origin of the information or contain information that could conceal the true source of information. Pay-per booking offers can be converted into subscription offers at any time; However, all pre-conversion bookings are subject to the current payment fee. Cancellation conditions are required for all paid booking offers, and the requirements for these cancellation policies are displayed via the “List of Your Property” tab on the Pay-per Booking website.
